fb78 is an offshore online gaming and sports betting platform operated under applicable international jurisdiction. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between fb78 and any individual ("Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service made available through the website at https://fb78.io and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, the Player acknowledges that they have read these Terms in full, understood their content, and agree to be bound by them. Providing false information at registration, including a false date of birth for the purpose of circumventing the age restriction, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

fb78 applies mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to all accounts prior to the first withdrawal. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), a valid Bangladeshi passport, or such other government-issued photo identity document as fb78 may accept at its discretion. fb78 may at any time request additional documentation to verify your identity, address, or source of funds.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on fb78. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same name, different names, or through the use of another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. fb78 uses automated and manual detection to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances or winnings associated with them are subject to review and potential forfeiture.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. fb78 strongly recommends that you use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must not share your credentials with any other person. fb78 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fb78 immediately at [email protected]. fb78 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of a suspected security breach.

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are subject to verification and any pending withdrawals will be processed prior to closure. fb78 may retain certain account data after closure as required for fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and record-keeping purposes.

All financial transactions on fb78 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. fb78 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

fb78 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to a third party. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Any deposit found to have originated from a third-party account will be reversed and the corresponding account may be suspended pending investigation.

fb78 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting evidence of source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

All bets placed on fb78 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing a bet or commencing play. General rules applicable to all betting and gaming activity on fb78 include the following:

• Bet placement: A bet is only confirmed once the Platform has accepted it and issued a bet confirmation reference. Bets placed during a system error or connectivity failure may be voided at fb78's discretion.
• Odds changes: For pre-match betting, the odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. For in-play betting, odds are subject to continuous change and the odds at the moment the bet is accepted are final.

• Casino games: All casino and slot games are governed by the rules of the relevant game provider. RNG (random number generator) outcomes are certified by the game provider and are not influenced by fb78. In the event of a disputed casino outcome, the game provider's server logs shall be the definitive record.

fb78 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, time limits, and maximum bonus amounts. Players are responsible for reading the terms of each offer before opting in.

Unless otherwise specified in the offer terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players with accounts in good standing only.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, household, IP address, or device.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested.

• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors to obtain credits, free bets, or enhanced odds to which you are not legitimately entitled.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fb78 staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access areas of the Platform that you are not authorised to access, including attempting to interfere with Platform security or source code.

fb78 employs continuous automated monitoring and manual review to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, fb78 may, without prior notice, suspend or permanently close the account, void any affected bets or casino results, withhold or recover any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities as required.

All content on the fb78 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, software, text, data, game content, betting odds, and user interface design, is the property of fb78 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No Player or third party is granted any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of fb78.

The "fb78" brand name and associated marks are proprietary identifiers. Unauthorised use of fb78 branding in any context — including for the purpose of operating a copycat site, phishing, or misrepresenting affiliation with fb78 — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

fb78 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. fb78's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fb78 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content therein. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

fb78 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where fb78 reasonably suspects or determines any of the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• The account poses an unacceptable risk management, fraud, or regulatory concern.
• A request by law enforcement, a financial intelligence authority, or other competent authority.

Upon account closure, any balance remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to fb78 (including bonus funds not yet wagered per the applicable terms) will generally be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Where an account is closed due to suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, the balance may be withheld pending investigation and fb78 reserves the right to forfeit such balance if the investigation confirms a breach.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which fb78 holds its operating authorisation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal customer support channels, either party may pursue resolution through the dispute resolution mechanism specified by fb78's operating jurisdiction. fb78 will co-operate fully with any regulatory or arbitration body involved in the resolution of a genuine Player complaint.

fb78 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the harms associated with excessive gambling. The following tools are available to all verified Players through the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending.
